In a contract obtained exclusively by LycoSecrets through a Pennsylvania Right to Know request, Hines’ company, 17th & Montgomery, LLC, charged the Lycoming–Clinton County Joinder Board US$12,000 for a 50-minute speaking presentation plus a question and answer (Q&A) session. The speech was dated for Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Roxy Theater in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.

Kevin Hines’ contract rate is thus about $12,000 for a 50-minute keynote address plus a Q&A session.

The agreement was between Keith Wagner, Executive Director of the Lycoming–Clinton County Joinder Board, and Margaret Hines of 17th & Montgomery, LLC. Dated for June 19, 2023, the entire contract is republished above as an image. The contract included a cancellation policy and a force majeure provision.
